Doing so speeds up retrieval times for those with a need for frequent data retrieval. Data in digital formats has many advantages over paper; it can be searched and catalogued more easily and certainly takes up much less space. Our experts can provide backfile conversion services to various formats in addition to COLD or workflow management solutions with practically 100% accuracy. Additionally, your documents can be scanned “on demand”—as images are needed. They can then be delivered electronically either directly to you, or to our online web repository for ease of access and dissemination.

If you have audio files that you need converted into text, Allstate can do this and provide you with paper files or electronic text; along with your original audio. The transcript is checked at three levels for accuracy. We support all medical and legal specialties with fast turnaround, and no up-front charges or hidden costs.
Scanning/Imaging Gudelines
What is the format of your original documents?
Paper? Film (microfilm, microfiche)? Digital images (needing reformatting to new standard)?
If your documents either have a high rate of retrieval or wide distribution network, then Electronic Imaging may be right for you.
If you’re planning on keeping images of your documents for more than five years, microfilming might be your best option.
